Kevin Cahill is a Temple University Architecture five year program graduate with strong modern aesthetics in design creating beautiful lines and structures. Kevin uses his background in architecture for his work in VFX for television and the motion picture industry being a Senior VFX Artist. Kevin is an Unreal Engine pro building worlds for film and television development. Kevin created the iconic fire in the logo for the “Hunger Games” movie franchise. Kevin has worked on multiple TV series including HBO's "Westworld". ”The Mist”, CW’s “The Flash”, CW’s “Supergirl” and BRON's upcoming "Fables". He created iconic VFX effects for the last few episodes of the CW’s ”The Vampire Diaries”. He did VFX work for movies such as “Battleship”, “Total Recall” and ”Skyline”. Kevin created VFX effects on the video game cinematic for the critically acclaimed game “Destiny” for Bungie, Kevin worked with Warner Bros. on the Pepfar animated shorts for Kenya, “Georgy”, “Lady D”, ”Lefty”, “Sean”, “Judy M.D.: Super Surgeon”, a philanthropical project for AIDS prevention in Kenya. Kevin did VFX and design work for new and aspiring indie filmmakers on such projects as “Nanuq”, "The Sun Devil and the Princess” and Luminetik’s animated short “Kuriocity”. Kevin is an Executive Producer/Creative Director at Luminetik Studios working with other artists to create strong visual concepts with clean strong lines and structure to illustrate the vision of writers and creatives. He teaches virtual production techniques in Unreal Engine. Akiko started her career in the video game industry as an executive in Japan and the US, and later she became a record industry executive in NYC. She has been a writer & the acting editor for many magazines for over 20 years in the technical, entertainment, creative, and architecture industry working for Film Festival Today, Post Magazine, and Architosh. She served on the Board of HDRI 3D & Keyframe magazine for several years. Akiko has a huge social media following with readership of 100,000+ in magazines. At Luminetik, Akiko designed the creative pipeline for the company with IBM, Apple, NVIDIA, Epic Games and AMD, and built relationships with agents to produce work on commercials and animations & VFX for movies. She has built liaison relationships with companies like Apple, AMD, IBM, Autodesk, Side Effects and NVIDIA, who sponsored some of Luminetik’s projects. Akiko was a VFX Producer on “Two Weeks Notice” and “National Geographic” Snake Wrangler and VFX Producer on multiple “Arm & Hammer” commercials. Akiko volunteered her company to sponsor the first DV Expo in NYC. It is under her leadership at Luminetik Studios they completed the CGI short film, “Kuriocity” with a huge financial investment. Akiko helped recruit top talent, with Eric Durst’s and their Manager David Guc's help to complete on “Kuriocity”. Akiko was recently a VFX Producer on the BAFTA eligible short "Mobius Trip" in film festivals now. Akiko focus is new IP with several projects in production.
